Carol Hawks - BS

Carol has worked defense investigations involving death penalty cases and violent crimes. She has worked state and federal investigations in the criminal and civil realm. She has a B.S. in Criminal Justice and holds certifications in crime scene investigation and fingerprint classification. Carol is a notary public and private process server. She also has experience as a curriculum developer for homeland security programs. Diane Evans - CPI

Diane is a California licensed private investigator. She is a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators, where she qualified and earned their "Certified Private Investigator" designation. In the last 20 years, Diane has taught classes for a well-known detective academy, presented related Community Services workshops in over 30 Community Colleges across the state, and created four class instructional manuals. She operates her own agency in Claremont, California and prepares candidates to pass the state licensing exam through an organization she created for that purpose, ISS Network. Paul Starrett - JD

Paul Starrett is a licensed private investigator and attorney in the state of California. He has over 20 years of experience in the security industry with 12 years in corporate security, four years of experience in law enforcement and 5 years as an information security engineer. He currently handles investigations that involve complex legal and technical issues.
