Al Valdez, Ph.D. recently retired as the supervisor of the Gang Unit for the Orange County (California) District Attorney’s office. He has over 27 years law enforcement experience with special emphasis on narcotic and gang investigations, undercover field operations, multi-agency task forces, and prosecutions.
